We have successfully completed our first measurement train, a pioneering achievement in our manufacturing capabilities.
This self-propelled vehicle is designed to monitor, measure, and record track conditions with precision. Built on the reliable platform of our current electric and diesel-electric trains, this high-floor vehicle is powered by a diesel engine and can reach speeds of up to 140 km/h on both electrified and non-electrified tracks.
Special development projects - Measurement train
It features a track gauge of 1435 mm and measures 25 meters in length, 2885 mm in width, and 4280 mm in height, with a floor height of 1250 mm above the track.
At the heart of this vehicle are measurement systems customized to customer specifications, divided into four categories: substructure and rail measurement, overhead contact line monitoring, clearance profile gauging, and ride quality assessment.
